Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Controller, the Financial Analyst role provides meaningful, accurate and timely reporting and analysis on business performance at country level to the relevant stakeholders to make fact-based sound business decisions.


• Responsible for Financial Reporting & Analysis, Forecasting, Budgeting for countries/ region.

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of financial reporting & analysis, including management reporting, weekly forecasting, annual budgeting.

• Variance analysis, bridging on revenue, gross margin and fixed costs.

• Provide financial analysis support for new business initiatives.

• Supports Business Managers by providing meaningful financial analysis and advice.

• Ad-hoc requests and projects.

Applicant's profile


• Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance or professional qualification

• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in multinational


• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Power Point, Any other database skill is a plus.

• Possess strong spoken, written and presentation skills.

• Must be hands on and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

• Strong analytical skills

· A team player and good communication and interpersonal skills at all level.

• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin preferred

• Responsible, meticulous, and a team-player

• Ability to meet tight deadlines, to balance speed and accuracy and build understanding of the business

· Willing to take on additional assignments.
