Job description

A variety of tasks are waiting for you, amongst others:

• Observing, analyzing and implementing current legal developments and their implications,
• Reviewing German and international contracts in a wide variety of settings,
• Supporting the conception, preparation, and implementation of trainings,
• Managing the contract review process,
• Preparing and updating sample contracts,
• Supporting claims and insurance matters as well as overseeing data recording,
• Maintaining legal databases,
• Optimizing processes in the Regional Legal Department,
• Supporting the Europe Region General Counsel in day-to-day business.

Applicant's profile

You bring along:

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Law, preferably in German Law,
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of professional experience in a related field,
• Knowledge of German civil and commercial law,
• Experience in the field of international commercial law is desirable,
• Expert in navigating in international working environment thanks to excellent communication skills
• Willingness to work with multidisciplinary and international teams,
• Enjoy dealing with a wide range of legal issues and advising employees,
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications,
• Fluent in English and German.
