Job description

A variety of tasks are waiting for you, amongst others:

- Support the team from RFIs to RFQs and contract award until the actual go-live of the project
- Maintain project documents like action tracker, status update reports, etc.
- Attend internal meetings including preparation and follow-up
- Perform different analysis related to volume data and provide analytical support for pricing
- Support during the development of the automated tender pricing tool
- Identify and implement continuous improvements during the tender and implementation phases

Applicant's profile

You bring along:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
