Job description

Planejar e acompanhar embarques internacionais de carga projeto;
Realizar análise técnica de viabilidade logística junto a fornecedores e parceiros;
Coordenar processos de importação e exportação, incluindo emissão e conferência de documentos (Invoice, Packing List, BL, AWB, DI, LI etc);
Atuar com regimes aduaneiros especiais (ex: admissão temporária, drawback, REDEX);
Negociar com agentes de carga, armadores, despachantes e transportadoras;
Monitorar custos logísticos e buscar oportunidades de otimização;
Assegurar conformidade com legislação aduaneira e normas internacionais;
Elaborar relatórios e prestar suporte às áreas de projetos e engenharia.

Applicant's profile

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in project logistics or cargo operations, with a focus on managing complex logistics projects.
Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
