Job description

• Receber demandas de clientes;
• Organizar demandas e planejar entregas/retiradas com parceiros designados;
• Emitir documentos fiscais de transporte no TMS GEODIS (TOTVs);
• Resolver pendências quanto à emissão de documentos fiscais;
• Atualizar status de entrega/retirada sempre que necessário nos sistemas.
• Elaborar relatórios;
• Entender regras de gestão de riscos e aplicá-las/controlá-las no dia a dia das operações;
• Inserir tabelas, validação de fretes (parceiros e clientes);
• Calcular volumes;
• Faturar;
• Desenvolver parceiros/transportadores;
• Prestar suporte aos fornecedores e clientes responsáveis ​​pela gestão da operação;
• Suporte na elaboração de apresentações de desempenho/Elaboração de planos de ação e monitoramento.

Applicant's profile

• Academic background in Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering and related fields.
• English will be a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Transportation;
• Knowledge of transportation routines and TMS systems, especially TMS TOTVs;
• Knowledge of Risk Management/Transport Insurance rules.
• Technical skills (advanced Excel and dashboard-oriented tools, such as Power BI)
• Presentation skills (Powerpoint)
