Job description
Position summary: Responsible for supporting operational and structural organization in the analysis of the activity and the methodologies used. Responsible for external and internal communication with all relevant parties for methods processes. Responsible for optimizing the means to be implemented, the organization of the work and the deadlines for completion.
• Designs and produces monitoring and analysis tools (dashboards, graphs, etc.)
• Analyzes service activity data
• Proactively identify solutions to address in advance
• Introduce new systems and procedures when appropriate
• Communicate with all relevant parties for methods processes
• Carry out and validate the technical conformity of the analyses carried out (RCA, PARETO, etc.)
• Actively support training team members within his/her scope of work and in best practices
• Support and contribute to LEAN projects data collection and reporting effort
• Support actively the writing of internal procedures based on the business requirements and maintaining documentation and recording management system
• Participate to the SCO Methods community meetings/events
• Regularly report on the activity and results obtained
• Support the Operational Excellence Team (Quality, LEAN, …)
• Follow up of process changes/updates, update and implementation of WI accordingly
• Propose new process or update of the existing ones in order to ensure that customer and legal requirements are met
• Reporting any deviations following the agreed process
• Support internal/external parties/departments/institutions with relevant documentation for related audits and business control upon request
• Complying with company and client's policies and procedure
• Complying with and implementing within his/her scope of work all company's and clients' standards, policies and procedures
• Training team members within his/her scope of work
• Taking actions in order to provide added value and optimize supply chain processes within group, company and client in order to achieve satisfactory service
