Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting and Analysis:

The position requires preparing new reports and automating them using macros.

Prepare monthly reports on the status of Lob (outstanding receivables, overdues, and key performance indicators)

Prepare the monthly Management Letter for the Controlling department

Prepare monthly meetings with the Group and regions about the Working Capital



Credit Limits Management:

Monitor credit limit information in internal systems.

Monitor the credit limits granted to customers and ensure they are adhered to (challenge regions and countries of the Lob)



Receivables Management:

Monitor regions and countries accounts to detect overdue payments and take appropriate measures for recovery.

Communicate with regions and countries to resolve disputes and ensure timely payments.



Support Credit Management Projects:

Participate in projects aimed at improving credit management processes and automating certain tasks (GetPaid)

Contribute to the implementation of new credit policies and procedures.



Internal Collaboration:

Work closely with sales and finance teams to ensure effective credit management.

Attend team meetings and provide updates on credit management activities.

Applicant's profile

The Credit Management Community is Global, English is the single working language

Ideal schedule – 3 weeks with GEODIS / 1 week at school

Duration – flexible, 1 or 2 years

Master's degree 1 or 2 in Finance / International Trade / Supply Chain

Previous internship or apprenticeship on a similar role is a plus, ideally in a global company

High level of skills in Excel (VBA, Macros, are a plus)

Proficiency on Office suite

Fluent in written and spoken English is mandatory
