Job description

Position summary: The position is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall operational performance. This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze existing supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Use process mapping and flowchart techniques to document and redesign workflows.
• Collect and analyze data to measure process performance and identify trends.
• Utilize data analytics tools to generate insights and support decision-making.
• Lead and manage process improvement projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project plans, set timelines, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project goals.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and customer service, to implement process improvements.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to gain buy-in and support for process changes.
• Provide training and support to team members on new processes and best practices.
• Ensure that all process improvements comply with industry regulations and company policies and procedures
• Monitor and maintain quality standards across all supply chain processes.
• Identify and implement technology solutions to automate and streamline supply chain processes.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate new systems and tools into existing workflows.
• Performs work related to CSR reporting within the scope of work and in cooperation with other stakeholders in reporting
