Job description

- Executar as atividades e coordenar os embarques conforme nossas instruções;
- Coordenar os embarques de importação junto à GW ou aos agentes de origem, mantendo o cliente informado sobre cada etapa;
- Enviar o SI para a origem, verificar e aprovar os DCOs de embarque, enviar pré-alerta e aviso de chegada ao cliente;
- Garantir a precisão e a consistência das informações no CW1, considerando o prazo estabelecido;
- Enviar a fatura ao cliente dentro do prazo estabelecido;
- Enviar os detalhes da reserva.

Applicant's profile

- Degree in International Relation, Foreign trade or Administration;
- Advanced english;
- Good comunication and interpersonal relashionship;
- Knowledge in cargo wise system is a plus;
- Experience in forwarder;
- Availability for immediate start;
- Reside close of Barra funda region;
