Job description
• Prepare monthly reports of services tendered by IntraMex operation to bill them to IBM and Kyndryl and to pay these services to the supplier(s).
• Validate and ensure that all the services provided by IntraMex operation are billing and approved by all customer approvers in a timely manner.
• Manage all customer operational support requirements, assessing and clarifying all their doubts regarding the services tendered and provide all the operative supports in a timely manner on an ongoing basis.
• Lead, as part of the management system, the weekly call/review with finance regarding invoice status to confirm all VMI HUB and IntraMex services are invoiced and paid.
• Main focal between operations, finance, IBM, Kyndryl as well as theri invoice validation supplier to provide clarifications and evidence for approval, for IntraMex operations.
• Report due payments to operational managers for decision making purposes.
• Maintain data and operational information relevant to VMI key accounts as well as IBM and Kyndryl IntraMex operation (volumes, revenue, cost and margin) for the purpose of conducting analysis that influence account-specific decision making.
• Monitor and report important changes in operational volumes; identify deviations comparing year to year results, maintain analyses processes and systems to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Assist managers to develop budget forecasts (B0) and their adjustments (R3) based on patterns and business trends.
• Create reports for management in order to facilitate decision-making and business strategy.
• Participate in regular operational reviews along with country and local operations managers.
• Send the accruals for IntraMex operations (volumes, revenue and cost) split by type of service at month-end closing as well as monthly provisions to finance team.
• Communication link between key customers and internal teams.
• Responsible of handling VMI HUB clients and IBM internal users.
• Prepare detailed proposals/quotes and secure appropriate approval from operations managers prior to sending commercial proposals to customers.
• Lead the E2E process of special logistics projects for IntraMex and VMI HUB operation.
• Maintain the agreements and rates of VMI customers updated and re negotiate them when necessary.
• Resolve any operational issues and problems faced by VMI customers as well as manage and solve their complaints.
• Document and keep the information of all imported assets received in IntraMex warehouses.
• Document and update, whenever necessary, all VMI HUB and IntraMex operations processes.

• Bachelor's degree preferably in administrative areas
Experience
• 2-3 years' experience in supply chain process (planning, procurement, shipping, etc.), preferable in IT or electronic sector. Relevant work experience in auditing and customer service.
