Job description
Objective / Purpose of the Job
The Business Process Department aims to improve Operations productivity, profitability, Nextgen data quality and GEODIS FF – EUROPE Key Performance Indicators.
It is responsible for Nextgen system setup and automation, to manage data updates for GEODIS FF – EUROPE Nextgen administrative KPIs and for data analysis to support Top Management in Process Design, Procurement and Business Development.
Maintain KPI and Compliance requirements for IRIS Compliance
Maintain KPI and Compliance requirements for 3 Days to CMP
Assist in KPI and compliance requirements of WIPs and Accruals
Maintain and optimise process for P2P
Analysis and report of Transactional Losses
AP Invoice query control
Operational and Finance administration support
Facilitate the posting of invoices in P2P
Control of timely action from Operations of AP Invoice queries
Control of negative accruals
Conducts data completion for Nextgen KPI and compliances
Provides Compliance and KPI reporting to Operations and Management
Generate Operations Management and Data Analysis reports for Management
Applicant's profile
Experience & Knowledge
* Academic working and thinking level
* Accounting background would be beneficial
* Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
* Cross-domain expertise (BD, OPS & FIN) would be a plus
* Some IT knowledge required (Excel skills including macros are a plus)
* Analytical skills
* Compliant with agreed rules and ability to say no.
* Ability to work in a “virtual” team where people do not meet on a daily
basis and sometimes work with a different culture and in a different
time zone.
