Description de la mission

Role intent :
Lead trans-o-flex Integration in collaboration with the Europe team

Support Group CSO, Europe CEO and trans-o-flex CEO

Launch and coordinate initiatives and actions plans related to trans-o-flex integration plans

Liaise with GEODIS and trans-o-flex teams to follow the synergies

Liaise with GEODIS and trans-o-flex teams to ensure performance tracking (financial and non-financial performance

Support M&A team if needed during due diligence

Responsibilities :
Lead trans-o-flex Integration project in collaboration with all stake holder (Europe team, D&E, Global Accounts, and all key functions)
Support group CSO, Europe CEO and trans-o-flex CEO in implementation of the integration project
Ensure project PMO with trans-o-flex PMO of integration project and operational actions plan (productivity and profitability improvement)
Support and coordinate if needed initiatives and actions plans
Lead and liaise with appropriate stakeholders to have a regular and clear synergies tracking and follow-up and set appropriate reports
Liaise with Europe region onto monthly business and financial performance analyses
Initiate and kick-off new workstreams and related initiatives if relevant
Prepare and coordinate global project governance including steercos with CEO
