Operational activities - Operational Administration

Job description

• Oversee and monitor goods loading and unloading operations;
• Assist in managing loading/unloading discrepancies;
• Ensure compliance with Geodis operating procedures;
• Manage and monitor discrepancies;
• Coordinate activities between the planning office and warehouse staff;
• Support the development of proactive tools for monitoring loading and unloading processes;
• Monitor and analyze operational KPIs related to the loading process;
• Identify and support the implementation of process improvement actions.

• Previous experience and knowledge of consumer electronics products are a plus;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
