Digital Technology Program Manager H/F

Description de la mission

GEODIS is deploying an audacious strategic transformation plan to support group's growth and its Digital transformation. To help some of some key strategic projects in domains related to data or transversal applications a digital factory has been created.

To reinforce the team, meeting these requirements, we are recruiting a Digital Technology Program Manager :
- She/He will be part of the Digital Factory team within the Digital Solutions Factory and will contribute to the implementation of some of GEODIS new digital key assets while piloting and animating several projects in AGILE mode
- She/he will report to the Digital Factory Management.

Her/his main responsibilities are:

- Coordinating the business requirements gathering and analysis
- Working in coordination with UX/UI contributors to design prototypes and mock-up of the solutions to be implemented
- Managing project according to AGILE Manifesto principles and coordinate and animate people activities accordingly
- Coordinating the various technical contributors and acting as a transversal actor between the different teams involved
- Organizing project governance with operational and steering committees
- Ensuring the right level of reporting to your management and managing risks
- To be accountable of the delivery of components or application(s) in conformity with planning and budget

Profil du candidat

- Graduated from an Engineering school or equivalent in Computer Science, you have at least 15 years of experience in IT & digital project management
- You have managed at least one large transformation program
- You have a concrete knowledge and experience with digital enablers such as API, Data, Mobility, IoT, etc.
- Your Experience with AGILE methods and practices is recognized : Design Thinking - Project Management (SCRUM) - Dev Ops
- You have strong analysis skills and are able to assimilate and synthesize quickly complex problems
- Driving a budget, building a project plan and follow activities are basic pillars in your current activity
- You are familiar with the management of out-sourced projects or Delivery Centers

- Will be a plus:
o Knowledge of supply chain and logistics ecosystem
o Experience with eCommerce platforms
o Experience with NoSQL Database (Apache Kudu, MongoDB, Redis)
o Experience with Microsoft Azure Portal et Azure DevOps

- You should:
o Demonstrate effective communication skills, empathy, team and collective spirit
o Be able to interact effectively with co-workers and strongly collaborate with team members
o Be able to understand different business domains and teams, interacting with people having different backgrounds or levels of management
o Demonstrate an excellent verbal and written English
