Job description

- Communicate with customer/agent / operations personnel on the issue of custom clearance.
- Give agent the instruction of pick up the cargo in case of need
- Monitor & ensure all procession is on schedule and report to management in case of any discrepancy
- Send daily report to concerned personnel as request
- To take up additional tasks as assigned.

Applicant's profile

- Preferably possess a valid Certificate on Dangerous Goods Regulation, Cargo Security Training (Regulated Agent Regime) or Basic Air Cargo Training
- 1 year working experience preferably in airfreight forwarding
- Geographic knowledge
- Familiar with I/E process, shipping document and Inco terms
- Familiar with China Customs requirements
- Preferably have knowledge on other countries' Customs requirements
