Position requirements and constraints (working hours…)

40 working hours per week

Job description

- acquisition of new customers (Air & Sea)
- managing relationship with existing customers
- active contacting existing and prospect customers, planning, preparation and execution of sales meetings
- selling and cross selling company´s products and services primary in Air and Sea shipments
- 80% hunting/ 20% farming
- cooperation at creating the price offers
- reaching and exceeding appointed targets and goals
- responsibility for business results and level of margin
- creating innovative solutions and product combinations attractive to customers; - market research and awareness
- regular reporting of business activities in CRM system

Applicant's profile

Personal skills:
- market knowledge of Air & Sea and Rail
- will to travel within Slovakia
- offensive attitude towards the market, persistence, open mind towards new challenges, will to learn new things, and adaptability with changing conditions and market requirements
- fully and in time fulfill appointed tasks
- ability to communicate with customers and also with other departments within the company
- experience with working in corporate environment are advantage.
