Job description

􀀀 Outline the process to follow when managing email / documentation flow for Nestle Australia.
􀀀 Provide a detailed process overview to enable BPO to access and action emails in the Nestle shared mailbox.
􀀀 To streamline internal processes, eliminating the requirement of AU operations to sort and match documents prior to sending to BPO for registration and Invoice Data Entry.

Applicant's profile

􀀀 Bachelor degree in any related field.
􀀀 At least 0-3 years of experience in Customer Service / Data Entry.
􀀀 Preferably knowledge of Airfreight / Seafreight industry and processes.
􀀀 Basic command in English.
􀀀 Familiar with the import/export processes and invoicing.
􀀀 Good knowledge of computer system and data management.
