Coordinator - Control Tower M/F

Job description

 Response to all internal and external phone calls, faxes, and emails from Planner, Vender, GW origin and destination office. And Process all consolidation shipment order.
 Upload and check Material Release Schedule (MRS) file in Supply Chain Management (SCM) portal
 Checking for a completeness of vendors' shipping document and using the provided tools (SCM) import order into the system for processing.
 Coordinate with vendor and destination office to complete on customer booking and order processing.
 Reporting
 Processing within other internal tools for Order Management activities
 Order Preparation and Validation based on defined rules
 Management of end-to-end activities for timely execution and information
 Verify that all procedures and processes have been followed at the completion of each order
 Participate in other assignments as needed to meet the needs of the key customer

Applicant's profile

 Bachelor degree in International Business / Logistics Management or any related field.
 At least 0-1 year of experience in Customer Service / Order Management.
 Preferably knowledge of Airfreight / Seafreight industry and processes.
 Basic command in English.
 Good command in German is advantage but not essential.
