Description de la mission

The mission of the Senior IT HR projects manager will support the implementation of new HR applications, new HR improvements and the maintenance in operational condition of the existing HR solutions and integrations (Talentsoft, CrossKnowledge, Broadbean, STS) in the GEODIS IT ecosystem.

The Senior IT HR project Manager assists the domain manager on these activities:
• HR Domain management (vision, budget management, portfolio management, roadmap, ...)
• HR Applications management (contracts management, vendor relationship, licensing...)
• HR Projects management

Main responsibilities of the job
• Contribute to IT HR Strategy definition
• Management IT HR projects
• Contribute to RUN Activities
• Support IT HR Budget and Contracts management

Profil du candidat

Qualifications:

-University Degree, master's degree in IT
-A real seniority in transverse IT project management (over 10 years)
-Scrum master certification and a proven experience as scrum master
-A real experience in international project management
-Experienced in implementing HR solutions and solution integration (interfaces)
-Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
-Good synthesis skills
-Good communication skills, written and verbal

Required Behavioral Competencies:

-Team player with a proven track record of IT staff management
-Self-starter / capable of working independently
-Ability to mobilize and coordinate several teams into a complex and various IT ecosystem
-Capacity to work with various stakeholders
