Job description
Job Purpose:
To provide required maintenance and ensure full availability of IT software and hardware. Act as the main contact between the warehouse and the central IT department for all IT-related matters, including the management of IT tickets. Responsible for maintaining all IT materials in proper working condition and configuring parameters in IT tools (such as WMS, user profiles, reports, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the site referent for all IT work processes.
Assist in the creation of operating procedures.
Document change requests for IT tools.
Troubleshoot or diagnose first-level IT failures.
Develop KPIs to help service managers build progress plans and monitor activities.
Interface with IT service teams, both network and infrastructure.
Ensure proper maintenance of all IT materials and tools.
Compliance:
Collaborate with support functions at all levels to support the growth of existing or new customers.
Contribute to the creation of added value and innovative solutions.
Applicant's profile
Experience in IT support or a similar role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and documentation abilities.
Familiarity with IT tools such as WMS, user management, and reporting.
Experience in warehouse operations, process documentation, and logistics change management programmes.
Experience in employee training.
Ability to manage priorities on a daily basis.
Essential Behavioural Competencies
Advanced training in IT (both hardware and software).

Ability to lead teams and facilitate meetings.
Excellent business acumen, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Fluent speaking and writing skills in both Spanish and English.
